Raw Dog Food and Company is a family run business with over two decades of helping pets live healthier lives. But we consider you, your pets and the community we serve as a part of our family too. The health, safety and overall wellbeing of all our families is our top priority.

As the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread throughout the communities where we all live and work, we are doing our part to help protect the health and well-being of our employees and valued customers. Rest assured we will continue to keep you updated on changes to our business that effect you and your pets.

As a company that provides essential food to pets we believe we will be allowed to continue to provide you, our valued customer with the best species appropriate food you and your pets have come to depend on. However this requires a few changes to our previous protocol.

We recommend pet parents keep a minimum of one month supply for pets if possible.

Effective Immediately and Until Further Notice


DO NOT come to RDFCO warehouse nor any of the pick up locations if you are coughing, sneezing or running a fever. Choose to have your order shipped, picked up at a later date or picked up by a friend.

Please do not bring boxes back to the truck or leave any boxes at the truck once you have loaded your food. Please take all boxes home and recycle. 

Until further notice no extras will be carried on the truck or delivery routes.

We now restock on Monday and Tuesdays. If your pups favorite items are sold out please check back then.

President Trump recommends:

NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE gather at one time.

Use the 6 feet a part social distancing recommendations when picking up orders from the truck or warehouse.

Consider leaving all pets at home or in the car so you have both hands free, allowing you to grab your orders and get in and out quickly.

Wear gloves when possible and remember no hand shaking, or hugging at this time. Wash hands before you pick up raw dog food and when you get home.  

Picking Up Orders From RDFCO Warehouse

If you have a scheduled warehouse pickup this is your protocol. Text 720.839.4975 with your name at least 5 min and no more than 15 min before you arrive at warehouse. Raw Squad will bring your order out and leave stacked on a pallet, cart or table.  Please take your boxes with your name on them. We apologize that we are unable to help load boxes into cars at this time.

Double-check that you are only picking up boxes with your name. Need clarification or have questions? email- Raw Dog Food and Company prior to the day of your pick up.

For your convenience - Warehouse Express Same Day Order/Pick Up is Available on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s.

We are not a retail store. That’s how we get you the best pure raw dog food at wholesale prices!

We deliver and ship directly to our customers which keeps your cost down  and allows more pet parents the ability to feed a pure raw species appropriate diet to their four legged companions.

We deliver via our commercial insulated Thermoking freezer truck to designated locations for convenient pickups.  We also offer Raw to Your Door a home delivery service or shipping via UPS.

Another popular  option is our Warehouse Express pickup (4) days a week! Order online and get same day.

Your pets health is our business thats why we take pride in making sure your product is handled with the upmost safety and care.

Here’s Our Easy Ordering and Delivery Process

Step 1. Place your order via our Online E-commerce store.

Step 2. After you have selected your pups food,  select your delivery location. We have routes running every week.

Find your best delivery locations, dates and times here.

Step 3. Check out with your credit card. We do not take cash or credit cards at our delivery locations. Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation notice in your email. This confirmation will verify your desired delivery location and time. Please check for accuracy of date, place and time. (If you do not receive an order confirmation after your order please contact us.)

Step 4. On the day of delivery stay updated on our progress and ETA’s via Twitter and watch our truck in real time via Glimpse. We are typically on time and stay at each location for 15-20 minutes to ensure you are able to pick up your order easily.

Step 5. Upon arrival at your designated stop you will find your order(s) packaged up with your name and a number on the box indicating how many boxes you need to drive away with.

Please double check your order before you leave.

NOTE: We combine several products in one box. Look in each box when checking your orders.

Who Are Our Customers?

You will meet CEO’s of large corporations to heads of rescue groups and exceptional breeders of all kinds. We have doctors, oncologist, vet techs and people who understand how to important diet is to the health of their pets.

Many of our customers are involved in organizations like SAR dogs, Mondioring Clubs, Shutzhund Clubs, Drafting and Carting. But no matter who they are, they go the extra mile for the fur-babies they love!


All raw dog food and treat products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

On other returnable items, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as dog food products, treats and other perishable products cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale Items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and dog care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for exchange instructions.


To return your eligible product, you should contact us at for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot take back raw food.


Why? Because we must insure the safety of raw food. Once we sell it to someone we have no way of knowing if the food was stored properly being immediately placed in the freezer once they got the product home or if it was left sitting in the garage, car or kitchen counter overnight. Your pet’s health is our business!

That being said we will help you sell your unused food to either a local rescue or you can reach out to people at your stop and sell your food to them. Typically if you will discount the food slightly you can sell it in a SNAP!

When you're new to raw pet feeding, it can be overwhelming knowing what to order.  We have created a questionnaire that will help you Get Started and get you just the products you need to jump into raw feeding.

After your first order, you can go anywhere with our blends. Each have all the components of a pure raw diet! Unless stated otherwise.

Think your pup is allergic to a certain protein? Maybe not. We see that most dogs who are eating a high processed diet are actually reacting to the high starch and synthetic ingredients of a commercially processed dry diet not the protein.

So Where To Start?

Let your pets try a variety of blends before you buy large quantities. In the rotational diet we suggest at least 3 different proteins like beef, duck, turkey, lamb, chicken, goat and rabbit.

Variety is the spice of life and the health of your pets!

Here are the different types of blends. All are great. Pick and start!

PMR – Tripe Blends or BARF

PMR models have no veggies with extra nutrition with approximately 12-15% of organs and bone. PMR is  great for all dogs especially puppies less than 68 weeks!

Tripe Blends are full of great enzymes and mineral essential to your pets health. May be a little stinky.

BARF has 10% fruits and veggies in the blend along with the protein, bone, organ and bone.

Add ons that we highly recommend:

Oily Fish – Omega 3’s are so Important. Feed Whole or Chopped. Frozen or Thawed. Feed 2-3 entire fish meals a week.

Phytoplankton – This is a top seller. A whole food you sprinkle on top of raw food. Amazing complete nutrition!

Pick Up From Truck or Warehouse Express –Ship in State & Out of state (rates are calculated at check out) or Raw to Your Door – Home Delivery.

Shipping: Local and out of state. Shippers go out on Mondays – Deadline is 10PM the Sunday Night Prior to Shipping Date.

Raw to Your Door –Order and have delivered same day to your home or office.  Mon–Wed only. Delivery fee is applied based on your delivery zone calculated at check out. Limited zip codes apply for this service.

Warehouse Express Pick Up  – Text Upon Arrival – We Bring Order Out to You

No order deadline. Order same day and pick up at warehouse during the designated times. Although you pick a time at check out you can arrive anytime during designated day and times. (Does not apply to Saturday or Thursday Warehouse pick ups – these are exact pick up times)

When you arrive for Warehouse Express Text 720-839-4975 with the last name on your order and here Example: “Murcer-Here” our staff will bring your order out and help load in your car.

NOTE: For safety reasons – If dogs are in car roaming free  our staff is not allowed to load boxes inside your car.
If you restrain your pup staff will load boxes.

Pick Up From Truck Routes – Truck delivery routes have a 10PM Sunday Night Deadline for that weeks deliveries. The deadline is only for the route running that week.
